Weekly Letter Home

Dear Parents,

We would like to tell you about the week. It has been a busy time and we have finished lots of activities.
Our class has completed the Roman project. One of the parts of the project was to create a video. In the video we pretended there was accidents that happened in Rome and we were reporting them. We also finished our Roman cube city. We used over 4,000 cubes. You can look at it on our blog. Today we also recorded a song about Rome that we made up. We also learned how to write Roman numerals.
Today, because the weather was so nice, we went outside for literature groups. Everyone did an awesome job. All of us are reading awesome books. It was fun reading outside.
Finally we are working on adding emotion to our writing. This makes our writing more interesting to read. We want to show what we are writing about and not tell.

Thank you for reading our letter. We all look forward to spring break.

Sincerely

Your News Reporters
